Transfusion

Definition: Blood transfusion is the process of transferring blood or blood-based products from one person into the circulatory system of another. My Dad is getting a transfusion today. I love him so much. I wish I could give him my blood today.
Father God, Son of God and Spirit of God,you know what is in my heart. Please hold my Dad and Mom today. Please let them feel strengthen by You. I ask for a spiritual transfusion of You Holy Spirit. Fill them with a sweet trust in You. Please bring to mind all the many ways You are present with them. Please touch the blood my Dad receives today. Infuse it with everthing he needs.
Infuse my sweet mother with assurance and hope.
Would You give them laughter today?

May we all open ourselves up to a spirtual tranfusion today. Help us to look at everyone and everthing today they way You look at everyone and everything. You can open our eyes and then help us remember how it is You see us.
